I have used Joio oils for over a year to help control my Colitis. They have been totally reliable and trustworthy. Whilst it is not a cure, I am sure it is hugely beneficial in helping to control my UC, even my consultant suggested I should continue to use it! I've struggled with high functioning anxiety for as long as I can remember, but only in the last couple of years I've been able to put a name to it, and when it comes to flying my anxiety become uncontrollable!
