I have used Joio oils for over a year to help control my Colitis. They have been totally reliable and trustworthy. Whilst it is not a cure, I am sure it is hugely beneficial in helping to control my UC, even my consultant suggested I should continue to use it! I've struggled with high functioning anxiety for as long as I can remember, but only in the last couple of years I've been able to put a name to it, and when it comes to flying my anxiety become uncontrollable! Having tried a leading health food shops own brand of CBD a few years ago to help with some injuries, I wrote it off as there was little to no effect.
